L B Plant Specialist Services Limited undertake to guarantee their own reconditioned tools for one month from date of delivery, subject to the terms below and unless stated otherwise.
For this guarantee, L B Plant Specialist Services Limited is only bound to repair or substitute free of charge the product or parts of it declared faulty after examination in the workshop by L B Plant’s own engineers.
This guarantee excludes whatsoever responsibilities for direct or indirect damage caused to persons or things and is restricted to the sole faults of assembly of the equipment.
All tools needing an electrical safety test are so tested before leaving the premises.
The purchaser takes responsibility for the correct mixture of fluids to be used in the equipment, (One of the most common faults on returned items), and for the correct attachments to be used.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check Reconditioned tools thoroughly on the date of purchase/delivery.
The guarantee applies only at the workshop. As with all purchases, It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return goods to the workshop premises inside the period of the guarantee. Delivered items will only be collected free of charge if we are advised on the day of delivery of a fault. Any calls to site or outside to look at a reconditioned tool which has failed, will be chargeable at the current call-out rate of £45 which includes the first hours labour only.
Wear and tear, misuse or inappropriate use is not covered. Servicing after purchase is not covered.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange safe and careful storage of the tools,
If the purchaser or any of his representatives interfere with an item in any way, the guarantee is void.
